Vintage Women’s Orvis 100% Wool Tweed Brown Overcoat/Trench coat, size Medium(?)

Purchased this online because it was listed as a men’s, unfortunately I cannot fit into it since I am apparently slightly too busty. Excellent vintage condition, I have not been able to find any damage in it other than some stains in the lining (pictured) and general signs of wear. Beautiful heavy tweed with a moleskin collar. Measurements are as follows: 20” pit to pit, 46” shoulder to hem, and sleeved are 22” from the top of the shoulder
