Beautiful condition, no tears or stains. This is a strapless Victor Costa dress. There is no size on it, but I was able to wear it when I was a size 6. Measurements of waist and top are in the photos. There has been an adjustment made on the chest with a piece of elastic sewn to the top to help keep it from falling down. It has deep pockets, one of my favorite parts. There is a built in slip in the skirt and two layers of tulle. This is one of my FAVORITE dresses and it’s hard to let go, but it’s way too small for me now. I hope it can find a home where it is loved and cared for. I’ve been carrying it around with me for the last 15 years since I found it in a vintage shop in Chicago.
