Vintage Red Jacquard Satin Mini Skirt w/Matching Belt 23" Stretch Waist

Light weight, single lay mini skirt with elastic waist that is very stretchy. Could fit between 23" - 28" waist based on the skirt waistband and belt measurements. Belt can be removed, is attached by two loops on the sides. Skirt Length: 20" Belt can be closed at about 28" with snaps on two different lengths. First belt measurement picture shows the middle snap at 28" which would be the waist circumference with the belt closed. Second belt measurement picture shows the total belt length, which is 31" Good condition. No tags.
