Vintage Rainbow Brite 18in Doll

Good condition, but definitely a loved doll. Could use a cleaning; there are a few small spots that look like they could be cleaned away, something white on her cheek that I have not tried to get off, and the dress is a little brittle in the creases in a few places. Original dress and hair tie.
