I believe this skirt is vintage. Size inside skirt is marked 12, but this is not a modern size 12. Please see measurements for fit. Approximate Lay-Flat Measurements: Waist: 27" Hips: 37" Length: 27.5" Condition: Very good to excellent vintage/pre-owned condition. This skirt is unlined. Closure is on the side - 8" open pocket with button at top. This skirt has (1) "real" pocket on the right side and an open pocket on the left side (shown in photos). The open pocket is the opening for the skirt. This skirt has been dry cleaned and is ready to wear. I believe this skirt is vintage based on the Pendleton tag.
