Vintage Leopard Trim Skirt

Pleated skirt with leopard trim, fully lined and ready to party. Flirty with great swing, you will audibly swish as you move. I recently replaced the elastic in the waistband and it fits like a small now, it’s at 12” flat unstretched and stretches up to 16” comfortably. No tag or brand, bought at Cow Vintage in the UK. Feels like a poly, esp given how solid the pleats are. 80s or 90s era if I had to hazard a guess.
