I purchased these boots in the late 90s/early 2000s. They are Jeffery Campbell, women’s size 9 though there are zero labels anywhere on the item to prove that. I LOVED these boots and wore them frequently. So much so that I had to have the heels rebuilt (see photo). I would wear them still except they are now too small for me (I wear a size 9.5/10). They are in great shape though the leather could use a good clean. Please let me know if you have any questions.
