am selling two very unique handmade Kathputli Puppets, Folk Art, Wooden Face Dolls made in India: Kathputli is a string puppet theatre, built-in to Rajasthan, India, and is the most prevalent form of Indian puppetry. Being a string hand made dolls, it is controlled by a single string that passes from the top of the puppet over the puppeteers. The male doll is approximately 22.5 inches long and the female is approximately 21 inches long.
