Vintage Gray & Red 1970's Shirt Dress

From my personal vintage collection. I used to rock this in my 20s. From the 1970s but reflects 1940s style. Made of 75% polyester and 25% rayon. Dark gray with a heathered, splattered like texture with black and white accents. Collared v-neck, cuffed sleeves, and a removable belt with one side matching fabric and one side read. Labeled size 10, but that is a vintage size 10. I was a 0/2 when I wore this, but I don't recall how it fits. Can fit a size 4 and possibly a 6. In excellent condition.
