Mandarin collar, unbuttons in front to waist, front pocket with removable red scarf, red elastic belt that is adjustable in the back, shoulder gathers, straight style, placket cuffs. Vintage size 12, so maybe a size 6 or 8, perhaps medium.

snazedresr @kaylir28 finally found where I stored the dress. Waist is a little over 20.5 inches measured flat. It’s a straight style with no waist seam. Underarm to underarm is 21 inches measured flat. Let me know if you need anything else.
