It is stamped with the Goldcrest stamp which has the words "Goldcrest Fine China, USA". The rooster bears the #884 and the letter C.The Goldcrest rooster was produced between 1947 and 1953. Many antique experts state that "Goldscheider has made porcelains in three places". The family left Vienna in 1938 and started factories in England and Trenton, New Jersey. The New Jersey factory started in 1940. From 1947 to 1953 it was Goldcrest Ceramics Corporation. Excellent condition, no chips or fading
