Vintage cottagecore floral skirt! No size tag but I have estimated medium, please double check measurements below. Lined. Closes on the side with a zipper and button. A bit of pleating at the top. Brand is Saint Clair, made in France. 100% modal. Only flaw to note is a stain on the front of the waistband, shown in the final photo, but it is a little difficult to be seen when worn. Otherwise no major flaws to note!
