Vintage Express black rubbery jacket blazer, women size Small

Express jacket blazer women’s size small. Vintage, made from a weird feeling rubbery material (per tag: 70% polyvinyl chloride, 30% polyurethane). Checked stitch pattern, double breasted/buttons, collar, pockets. Cannot be washed or dry cleaned, wipe with soap and water only. Does have a few little scuffs and a couple white dots. Not rich black, more muted black color. Smoke-free home.
