Vintage Coach Phone or Sunglasses Case 4512

This was sold to me on eBay as a “Vintage Coach Wristlet Brown Turnlock Sunglass Phone Case 4512 Legacy 1992.” I'm not sure if the style number and year is accurate, but it's a lovely case, I just have not found a use for it. It seems like it was originally intended as a phone case or perhaps sunglasses. It appears to be British Tan. Comes with a wrist strap. There are a couple of small nicks on the top right of the case, and the usual scuffs from being a 30-year old-ish pouch. There is elastic inside and on the sides, and it is still strong. There’s also a belt loop on the back for attaching to anything, if not a belt.
