grimescribe @nicsonj82 that's the size. I know that. I'm asking what it measures laying flat. LRG notoriously varies in size from product to product. Trust me I know because I own a lot of their stuff and have been wearing the brand for well over a decade. sometimes 38 fits me, sometimes it doesn't. If you measure it laying flat and it comes out to what I'm looking for then these jeans are sold but I just can't buy them based off of the marked size on the tag.
