Vintage Catherine Coatney lace mini skirt green black XS S Moulin Rouge look

Neon green with black lace overlay and decorative fringe. Second photo was lightened to show details. Actual green color is in the third picture (with the label). Catherine Coatney's clothing ran really, really small, so please check measurements before purchasing. Lying flat, the measurements are: Waist 16" Hips 19 1/2" Length 15" May have been exposed to cat hair, but not the actual cat ;-)
