Vintage Black Velvet Tailored Peplum Blazer Large

Beautiful velvet blazer that is possibly handmade. No tags and doesn't look like it ever had them. The black velvet is very soft and of a high quality. Fully lined in a silky crepe fabric. Princess seams at the bust, lightly padded shoulders, peplum waist that drops lower in the back. All buttons are shiny faceted black glass. Has a victorian/steampunk/80s vibe. Not sure how old it really is because it is in excellent condition but the buttons look old. No size so please refer to measurements. I'm a size 10 in jackets and it fits me except for the shoulders are tight. I do have muscular arms and a broad back, so that's the issue. Otherwise I wouldn't think of selling this because it is just such beautiful piece. Non smoking home.
