Vintage traditional Austrian cardigan. The brand is Manfred Wesenjak, I am guessing it is from the 90s. Massive puff sleeves that come down to a narrower cuff. Huge triple? breasted lapel but only the middle 4 buttons are functional. Really pretty alpine design. One hole on wearers left shoulder, it seems like it would be easily mendable (last pic).
