Vintage 90’s Floral Hi-Low Front Button Up Strap Dress

I’m so sad to get rid of this — it’s such a gorgeous dress, but it doesn’t fit me in the 🍒 area. It would look so cute with a pair of combat boots and a Jean jacket! Vintage asymmetrical Contempo Casuals Floral Dress with spaghetti straps and front buttons. No tag, but it’s definitely SIZE: XS / SM. Especially in the bust. For reference, I’m a 38B, and can’t button it.
