Vintage 90's Embroidered Denim Sun Dress / Jumper

Adorable restored, retro denim chambray sundress with so many cute features. Brass button up sides, blanket stitches on the hems, embroidered flowers in pink, lavender, white, and yellow, and light green leaves. This tank/jumper style dress is just begging for statement sleeves underneath. Size, brand, and composition tags were all removed. Seems like it would best fit a modern size small/medium. Please review measurements below. Condition: Good vintage condition. All buttons attatched with no holes or rips. There was a smattering of stains in the upper chest flowers which I treated. There's really only a bit of discoloration left on the top embroidered white flower (see last picture). Also a bit of thread loss on the lower embroidered leaf (see second to last photo).
