Cool subject matter with Boogies Diner Twin Cities. Boogie Weinglass is a Baltimore legend. He was a businessman who opened up a retail clothing store called Merry-Go-Round. The movie "Diner", starring Mickey Rourke as "Boogie" was patterned after Weinglass. He then opened a chain of 50s/60s style diners across the country in the 90s called "Boogies Diner". The diner was the basis for a short-lived Canadian sitcom called "Boogies Diner", which starred a young James Marsden. The jacket has some wear and staining, but is in great vintage grungy condition.
