Vintage Scarlet with White Lace trim, maxi dress from the brand Fancy Frocks by Phyllis Gerrans. From the 70s, this Victorian style gown would make a great costume. There is some minor staining to the bottommost lace, please see photos. There has been no attempted stain treatment. A feminine, long sleeve gown with multiple layers and delicate bow accents.
