Measurements (approx.)- Waist 14.25”-17.5” (doubled 28.5”-35”) Length 22” (extra 2” if you undo the hem) Details- This is a vintage 1970s era bright picnic plaid skirt by Sir James that features red buttons down the front and an elastic waist. Comes with a matching fabric belt and has pockets. I had this hemmed to fit my 5 foot frame but there are an extra 2’inches if you want to let it out. Fabric Content- Unknown.
