One pillowcase has a SUPER faint area on one side, tried my best to photograph it indoors! No other flaws and in great vtg condition otherwise!

I'm guessing it's mostly poly due to the age but is the fabric content listed on the tag?

@cftemmert they’re homesewn so they do not have tags. Likely a poly cotton blend, but primarily cotton.
