Vintage 70’s Carnival cream lace bustier. Made by the International Ladies Garment Workers Union ILGWU this is a sexy piece of retro lingerie. Strapless top with garter hooks at the bottom. These could be snipped off if you would prefer it without. The corset is boned all the way around . Cups have boning underneath and are lightly padded. The v’d back features a multiple hook and eye closure with two choices of how tight to hook it .
