Vintage 60s 70s mod bright floral pattern flowy maxi skirt. High waisted with 4 clasps at the waist for a side closure. There is also a small slit on this side. This appears to be handmade homemade. There are no tags. The material is a soft woven fabric with no stretch. Jewel tones with a royal blue background and a bright groovy floral pattern in purple, orange, pink, blue, white and yellow. no size tag waist: 13.5" length: 40" All Measurements are approximate and taken flat.
