This blouse is a true vintage Notations brand shirt and had a really cool shimmery fabric. The tag says it is 100% polyester. The only flaws I could find are it is missing one button and the stitching on one of the side seams is coming apart a tiny bit. It is labeled size 14 but please see the measurements to ensure proper fit: 24” armpit to armpit 26” long 18” bottom of armpit to end of sleeve
