This blouse is true vintage from the Dutch multinational clothing brand C&A. Based on the care label standards in Europe and the UK would place it in the 1980s. It is sheer and has a unique navy leaf pattern with shimmery thread as the stitching. The only flaws I have noticed are the stitching has pulls in a few places but it’s not very noticeable when being worn due to the pattern, and mostly where stitching is a little pulled is in the front bottom which could be tucked in. The front V of the shirt has stitching that is ever so slightly pulled and the elastic at the bottom of the sleeves is stretched. It is still in good wearable condition, keep in mind the blouse is almost 40 years old! It is labeled a size 42 but please see the measurements to ensure proper fit: 22” armpit to armpit 24.5” long 19” bottom of armpit to end of sleeve
