Vintage 1970s handmade velvet and silver gown

I made this dress for myself in the 70s. My late husband and I belonged to a cotillion, so there were lots of parties to attend, and you wouldn't *think* of wearing the same thing twice. One of a kind. The silver is trying to come off the gown in the bottom, noticeable mostly when you know it's there. To find out if this fits you, take a dress from your closet that fits you well.
