1950s Wilroy floral circle skirt. Cotton fabric with tulle underneath. Metal side zipper. Glitter paint accents. Waist: tight 26” Length: 30.5” Sweep: full circle or possibly bigger, it’s massive. Condition: darkening of glitter, a few breaks in underneath tulle, nothing else noted.
