Here’s Flat Measurments for Medium Size (Pink).
Bust Flat: 18” (circumstance ~36”)
Length (Shoulder to Hem)=33”
Waist circumference: ~40” flat, more with pleats pulled
Bottom hem Skirt: circumference about 60”
