Hi, Poshmark contacted me and said the authenticity certificate was not sent in with the bag. Do you have it and, if so, would you be willing to mail it to me directly?

@srmelvin hi, they sent me an email just saying that something wasn't included. they didn't even say what they were talking about. the certificate is in the inside pocket of the bag. I've been trying to call them but I can't find a phone number so I emailed them but haven't heard back yet.
