Velvet by Graham & Spencer Block Print One-Shoulder Maxi Dress

Tag says XS but because the shoulder tie is customizable and the fabric cinches I actually wore this, and I usually wear a 12. The whole pictured in the slip underneath I think is from cutting the pocket off of the slip. Elegant dress with blue and white floral pattern.
