VINTAGE decorative shoe clips in black grosgrain with pearly disc embellishment

Vintage accessory! These decorative shoe clips in black grosgrain have a pearly disc embellishment and are special! Approximate measurements: 2.5”L & 1.5” H Very good pre-owned vintage condition. I believe that these were made in the 1940s. Both clip-ons work and are slightly rusted. The minor wear on the grosgrain and discs are typical for their age. Please see photos (shoes not included).
