Vintage white midi prairie skirt with elastic waistband. Made to look like a Victorian/edwardian petticoat skirt. Ruffle cotton hem, not sure the material of the rest. There are no tags it looks like it may be handmade. There is a little F sewn inside the waistband that I believe denotes the front.
