VINTAGE JOSEFF OF HOLLYWOOD 1940’s CHINESE ZODIAC MEDALLION BOOK CHAIN NECKLACE

This VINTAGE JOSEFF OF HOLLYWOOD 1940’s CHINESE ZODIAC MEDALLION BOOK CHAIN NECKLACE is in lovely vintage condition. Measures approx. 5/8" W x 16-1/4" total L w extender. Hook closure. Pendant measures aprox. 2" x 2". This UNSIGNED necklace was designed by Joseff of Hollywood. The dimensional chain is high detailed and very well made. It has the beautiful Russian Gold brass finish that Joseff is credited with designing. The large Asian style coin is embossed on both sides. Metal has antique patina with shiny highlights on edges in a golden brass hue. Links are secure. There is some surface wear to metal. Collectors look for patina and wear that comes with age to distinguish older Joseff jewelry from newer pieces.
