VINATGE PASTEL PLEATED DRESS

vintage pleated floral pastel dress. blue,purple, yellow floral detail. ties at the waist either front or back for a flattering look. has shoulder pads. Great vintage condition. only flaws are missing a clasp hook, this doesn't affect wear. and a tiny spot in front as shown in photo. no brand tag. 100% polyester. I would say best fits a medium. Tag is written in as a 7 but please refer to measurements pit to pit 19" waist flat 14" waist to hem 24" hem to shoulder 41"
