Yes, absolutely. From what I know of Urban Sports sneakers, they usually do run narrow, but I’m not entirely sure about this particular style. While I was taking more pictures, I noticed that the right shoe has a dark mark of some sort on the top and it looks like it has some try-on on the sole, but nothing more. I can take 20% off of the current price for that.
