This High-Low Tunic Top from Urban Outfitters is super cute and could also be worn as a swim cover. It has a beautiful knit fabric with an elastic waist and is higher in front and dipped in the back with. Best worn with some support if you have a more full bust as there isn’t any adjustment in the shoulders. I’ve styled it with a fancy back front close strappy bra that just begs to be shown and this top is perfect for this look given how wide and deep the cut is in front!
