Urban Outfitters Charcoal Smocked Tank Top

Urban Outfitters top I ordered that has not been worn since purchasing just a couple weeks ago. Wasn't able to return it so I'm looking to resell it instead. In mint condition, and despite being a size small, it fits me, an XS, very well and fitted. Material is veey stretchy so I would say it would fit a SM best, but can also have wiggle room to fit an XS and M.
