caitlynk Hey there, my husband purchased the Damier Azur Totally GM back in May for me, for Mother’s Day, and the strap just ripped. I am so upset. Do you offer any insurances or do you know if Poshmark offers any warranty for things like this? It was authenticated and came back as authentic, but I haven’t even had the bag for 2 months.

The item is pre-loved and does not come with any additional insurance or return policy like we may receive when purchased from a retail store.
