Really cute top that can be worn on or off the shoulders. The fabric is pretty sheer, so the areas that don't have ruffles are semi-see through. There is also a stripe pattern in the fabric. This doesn't seem to have a size tag any longer, but I am a M and it is super forgiving and could fit a range of sizes. I bought this new and only wore it a few times. 100% Indian Cotton
