dameswife @omgitzrashroosh so the box was pretty smashed up on one side. The crazy thing is that everything on that side of the box was fine. One of the Grad mugs on the opposite side was broken, the handle and part of the mug. What happens when you get items damaged in shipping?

dameswife @omgitzrashroosh Hi. I really dont have time to mess with making a claim and I didn't want to hold you up any longer... I really was only interested in the Grad mugs and I do think that it might have stood a better chance if there had been something more substantial than newspaper (**the items were definitely bubble wrapped!**) as box filler. Thank you though and hopefully we'll both have better luck next time!!
