Okay so go back to the "security code" place where you type it in. Turn your credit card to the backside and you will see a bunch of numbers (not the side that you type in as your credit card number) the back side, 3-4 of the numbers will be outside of the "box" they will be the ones you type in.. Tell me if you understand now?

Sometimes for some cards it actually can be on the front side. Look for 3-4 numbers that don't line up with the other numbers or are in a different place.
