No my Dear; I would never consider you a "snore". On the contrary. I was just thinking of you. I'm getting ready to purchase a sewing machine so I can do my own minor repairs. Mostly taking in seams. I thought it would be a simple thing....but NO! There are so many different mfrs. Should I go with a Singer?

vintage316 @karenish Would LOVE the neutral color info! Right now I’m stumped....how in the name of sweet baby buffalos do I get nail polish off 🙄🤔🤷‍♀️ I tried using polish removed tonight and holy heck if it didn’t even BUDGE! Moving on to something I know a little more about....sewing! I love most of the old machines.

vintage316 @karenish I have a couple new ones, but they are not my favorite. Yep, singer has been around forever and will certainly do the trick! I say, the more simple, the better. Look for one that has some metal parts (if they make those anymore) 🤣. You will have so much fun with it, super excited for you! 🧵

karenish @vintage316 😂 Take the polish off with 100% Acetone. Soak a cotton ball then press it down on the nail. Hold it there for several seconds. Push down then slide it off from the cuticle to the free edge. Repeat 9 more times!!🤣

Honestly, not sure if my remover is acetone or not but I worked on one finger for five minutes and it looked exactly the same when I was done 🙄 Thank you so much for the tips, it might require a quick trip to the store but I shall be color free soon thanks to you!
