This is so colorful and cute. The cinching is a small velcro strap that can be removed to have a regular tank! Heavyweight material. I would suggest washing in cold water alone or with bright colors because this seems as though it was hand dyed. Tagged O/S but fits small to medium. Measurements available upon request.
