Is this slouchy or is the bottom hard and fabric doesnt really give? Did anyone actually use this bag

The bag is new and never been used
It is jute cotton which is sturdy but does not have a plastic interior bottom that is “hard”
I’m not sure it is slouchy but it certainly isn’t rigid
