Never worn. It has been hanging in the closet for over a year. This skirt is so pretty. It was a little too small, then it was too large! It’s very soft and pretty with real pockets! I thought they were faux pockets! There is a bit of elastic in the waist. The waist measures 34 inches and stretches to 40. The hip is loose and flowing. It is 33 inches long. This is a perfect fall skirt. Size 1 Torrid. Never worn.
