Hips were not altered, the black material is stretchy but laying flat measures 17”. My hips were about 38” when I wore it.
Length from armpit 53”
The dress was not hemmed. I am 5’6” and wore 4” heels with it. There is padding and boning in the top.
Please note the pictures showing a jewel missing from the front buckle piece and a few sequins missing around the area of the bottom of the zipper.
