Thierry Rabotin Black Velvet Heels EU 39.5

THIERRY RABOTIN black heels in EU 39.5 -- can fit US 8 or 8.5, and possibly 9 depending on foot width. Velvet and leather upper with a ribbon around the ankle (not elasticized). Made in Italy. The velvet on one of the heels is slightly sparse (see photo), but it is barely noticeable. Barely worn and they still look new.
